We want you to capture the cosmos with confidence; if you are not satisfied with your Seestar purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned electronics must be in their original packaging with all accessories and firmware intact.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your Seestar unit and all included accessories in the original protective foam and box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
